His experience spans engineering, product management, organizational design, strategy development, operating models, and large-scale transformation.

That experience shaped a simple philosophy: the best solution is rarely the most complicated one. Organizations perform better when priorities are clear, people understand what they own, decisions are made at the right level, and execution stays focused on the few things that matter most.
